Overview

The S8000 Remote is a compact chilled mirror hygrometer with a remote sensor, providing fundamentally derived, high-precision relative humidity readings for validating the results of environmental tests. It offers a wide measurement range equivalent to <0.5 to 100% RH (−40 to +120 °C dew point) at temperatures up to +120 °C.

Working Principle

A remote chilled-mirror sensor can be mounted directly into a sample flow or simply placed in the environment to be monitored, using a high-precision 1/10 DIN PT100 to deliver ±0.1 °C dew-point accuracy, combined with an equally accurate temperature sensor for best-in-class RH measurement accuracy.
