Overview
The Easidew Advanced Online is a versatile, premium-performance dew-point hygrometer system supplied complete with sensor, sample block and touch-screen Process Monitor. It measures and displays dew point, moisture content and pressure, with live or fixed pressure compensation for accurate moisture-content readings across a wide range of process conditions.
Working Principle
An Easidew M12 digital ceramic metal-oxide sensor communicates via Modbus RTU to a touch-screen Process Monitor, which converts sensor pressure and dew-point data into user-selected units (°C/°F dp, ppmV, lb/MMscf, g/m3). The monitor compensates readings using either a live 4-20 mA pressure input or a fixed programmable pressure value, and outputs the processed data via 3 independent 4-20 mA channels, Modbus RTU and 4 programmable relay alarms.
