Overview
The DCS is a complete, rack-mounted dew-point calibration station capable of producing a flow of air or nitrogen at a pre-specified range of dew points from a minimum of −100 °C (−148 °F) to a maximum of +20 °C (+68 °F). The system is built to order, combining an optional compressor, dryer, dew-point generator, reference instrument, and optional manifold into a single configurable package.
Working Principle
Dry and moist gas streams are combined and conditioned through the system's compressor, dryer, and generator stages to produce a stable output at the selected dew point set point, verified against an integrated reference instrument. Set points can be selected by manual flow mixing, push-button switching, or via RS232/USB remote control for automated calibration sequences, depending on model configuration.
