Overview
The ADG400 is an advanced dew-point generator designed for use within a hygrometry calibration system, capable of repeatable dew point generation across −80 °C to +20 °C when paired with the Michell PSD2 pressure swing dryer. Its full-colour touchscreen HMI lets operators change set points and design automated calibration profiles directly on the device or remotely over USB.
Working Principle
Dew point is generated by volumetric mixing of dry and wet gas streams, which responds faster when switching between set points than two-temperature, two-pressure, or combined generator technologies. A temperature-controlled enclosure keeps the output stable and repeatable across the full setpoint range.
