Overview
A complete oxygen measurement system consisting of a fast-response zirconium dioxide (ZrO2) sensor and the SST OXY-LC oxygen sensor interface board. It measures 0.1–25% or 0.1–100% O2 on the analogue output (0.1–100% O2 over Modbus RTU) with an accuracy of 0.5% O2 after calibration, and needs no reference gas.
Working Principle
A zirconium dioxide (ZrO2) sensor with an integral heating element (pump impedance < 6 kΩ at 700 °C) is driven by the OXY-LC interface board, which converts the measurement into a linear O2 output. The technology is long-life and non-depleting, and no temperature stabilisation is needed.
