ZTR-4 In-Situ Oxygen / Combustion Analyzer

In-situ zirconia probe for combustion efficiency and O2/COe.

ModelZTR-4
SKURB-ZTR-4
CategoryOxygen & Combustion Analyzers

Key Features

  • Direct in-situ measurement (no sample line)
  • O2 and COe combustion analysis
  • Probe lengths 0.5 – 3 m
  • Auto-calibration with reference gas
  • 4-20 mA + Modbus

Overview

The ZTR-4 is an in-situ combustion analyzer measuring residual O2 and combustibles (COe) directly in the flue at temperatures up to 700 °C. Boiler combustion trim reduces fuel consumption and NOx emissions.

Working Principle

A directly-inserted heated zirconia cell measures flue O2 at process temperature. An optional COe detector measures unburnt combustibles, allowing closed-loop combustion trim for maximum efficiency.

Benefits

  • Improves boiler efficiency by 2 – 8 %
  • Reduces NOx and CO emissions
  • No sample handling required
