Overview
The ZTR3 is an Ex-proof in-situ zirconia O2+COe dual analyzer for combustion control, combining a compact, lightweight probe with remote electronics for fine-tuning air/combustible ratios to improve process efficiency without compromising safety.
Working Principle
A full 316L stainless steel zirconia probe (type ZPL2) measures residual O2 and combustibles (COe) directly in the flue via FiNCORE Technology for fast response, with electronics and calibration handled remotely by the ZTR3 transmitter unit through 4 integrated ex-proof buttons.
