Overview

The SensoScientific Wi-Fi OTA temperature and humidity sensor provides high-speed, secure data transmission over 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi networks using PEAPv0 enterprise security. Available in single-band (2.4 GHz, B13-200-OTA) and dual-band (2.4 GHz / 5 GHz, B13-500-OTA) versions, it tracks user-defined conditions and delivers real-time alerts via SMS, email, voice call and other methods. Data is time-stamped and securely stored with no user-edit capability, supporting FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance for regulated monitoring environments.

Working Principle

An onboard sensor continuously measures ambient temperature and humidity, buffering up to 4,000 readings locally while streaming data over enterprise Wi-Fi to the SensoScientific Validated Cloud (built on Microsoft Azure) for unlimited storage, reporting and 24/7 alarm monitoring. An onboard low-power E-Ink display and push button allow instant on-device readout without needing the cloud dashboard.
