Overview
The OxyTx 101 is an intrinsically safe, surface-mounted, two-wire loop-powered oxygen analyser/transmitter with electrochemical sensor technology for 0–25 % oxygen measurement. It has a remote plug-in sensor (Ntron OC-17, OC-24 or OC-25) and is suitable for locating within hazardous areas when powered via an intrinsically safe barrier.
Working Principle
A remote-mounted electrochemical oxygen sensor feeds the transmitter, which shows % O2 on a 4-digit LCD and retransmits the reading as a loop-powered 4–20 mA signal. Calibration is by push buttons without opening the housing.
