Overview
The OxyExtract In-Line O2 Measurement Analyzer measures oxygen concentration directly in the process gas stream, without the need for complex extractive sampling systems. It is suited to safety-critical applications in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, since the sensor can be removed or replaced without exposing the process to ambient air. Two versions are offered — manual or automated (pneumatic) insertion and retraction of the sensor probe — paired with the OxyOne Analyser and ACCU Calibration unit for a complete process safety solution.
Working Principle
A retractable oxygen sensor probe is inserted directly into the process gas stream via a tri-clamp or flanged process connection, giving a truly representative, fast-response O2 reading without extractive sampling. The probe can be withdrawn — manually or, on the automated pneumatic version, via actuator — for sensor removal, replacement or calibration without breaking process containment or exposing it to ambient air.
