Overview
AM Trace is a transportable dual-measurement (O2 and H2O) analyser designed for additive manufacturing. Its electrochemical oxygen sensor measures from 0.1 ppm to 25 % O2 and is unaffected by build-chamber off-gases including hydrogen, while the SF82 moisture sensor responds quickly from -60 °C dew point.
Working Principle
An internal pump extracts sample from the build chamber past an electrochemical oxygen sensor (dual range 0–1,000 ppm / 0–25 %) and a Michell SF82 dew-point sensor (-60 to +20 °C dp). Results are shown, trended and logged on a 7" colour touchscreen and output as 2 x 4–20 mA and RS-485.
