Overview
The Wireless Alert PRO THP+ is a high-accuracy temperature and humidity limit alert sensor that notifies users when user-selected high and low temperature or humidity limits are breached. High and low limits are configured in the FilesThruTheAir app between -30 and +80°C and 0 to 100% RH. Notifications are pushed directly to a smartphone or sent by email, and scheduled summary reports covering minimum, maximum and average readings, alert counts, and total time in alarm are also available. The FilesThruTheAir dashboard shows live alert status and the latest readings for all connected devices.
Working Principle
A remote temperature and humidity probe continuously samples ambient conditions and reports to the sensor over its 2 m cable. The unit compares readings against user-configured high/low thresholds and, on a breach, immediately triggers a push notification and/or email alert via its Wi-Fi connection to the FilesThruTheAir cloud platform, with a typical response time of 1 minute.
