Overview
The Lascar EasyLog EL-IOT-CO2 is a wireless CO2 and air quality data logger designed for monitoring and recording carbon dioxide, temperature, and humidity at home, at work, in schools, and in horticultural applications. It continuously records these parameters and displays current, minimum, and maximum readings on a bright, clear display for at-a-glance air quality indication, while automatically uploading data to the EasyLog Cloud for remote access and historical review.
Working Principle
A self-calibrating CO2 sensor along with onboard temperature and humidity sensors take continuous readings, which are shown locally on the device display and transmitted over WiFi to the EasyLog Cloud at a user-selectable interval. Programmable high/low alarm thresholds trigger the onboard status indicator and sounder, and can also send instant email and/or SMS notifications when limits are exceeded. The device stores over 300,000 readings onboard and runs on USB power with AA battery backup for short-term outages.
