Magnehelic Differential Pressure Gauge

Differential pressure gage indicating positive, negative or differential pressure, accurate within 2 % (1 % with -HA option).

ModelSeries 2000 Magnehelic
SKUDW-2000
CategoryHumidity & Pressure

Key Features

  • Ranges from 0–0.25 in w.c. up to 0–20 psi, plus metric, zero-centre and air-velocity scales
  • ±2 % full-scale accuracy (±1 % with -HA high-accuracy option)
  • No manometer fluid — resists shock, vibration and over-pressure
  • Weatherproof to IP67
  • Optional adjustable set-point indicator (-SP)
  • Surface, flush or pipe mounting

Overview

The Dwyer Magnehelic is the industry standard for low differential-pressure measurement in HVAC, cleanroom and filter-monitoring applications. Rugged die-cast aluminium case, unmatched accuracy of ±2 % and no liquid columns to spill.

Working Principle

Differential pressure deflects a silicone-rubber diaphragm connected to a helix magnet. The rotating magnetic field is followed by a helix magnet on the pointer shaft, delivering frictionless indication with no wetted moving parts.

Benefits

  • Zero maintenance for years of service
  • Vibration and shock resistant
  • Available with pressure switch for control loops
