Overview
Explosion-proof oxygen analyzers designed for petrochemical processes containing hydrogen and other flammable gases. Encased in robust Ex d enclosures fitted with flame arrestors, the GPR-x8 analyzers measure from 0–1 ppm up to 0–25 % O2: GPR-18 MS2 and GPR-18 for ppm levels, GPR-28 for percent.
Working Principle
Field-proven electrochemical oxygen sensors (GPR-12-2000-MS2E, GPR-12-333 / XLT-12-333, GPR-11-60 / XLT-11-24) measure the sample inside a flameproof enclosure with flame arrestors. Analog electronics provide 0–1 V and 4–20 mA outputs and two user-configurable alarms, with temperature compensation.
