Overview
The Omega DPS20-Series is a high-performance 1/8 DIN panel meter for load cells, delivering configurable weight measurement for panel-mount integration across a wide range of weighing applications. It accepts 4- and 6-wire load cells with 5 Vdc or 10 Vdc configurable excitation voltage, and offers optional relay, analog output, and Modbus RTU serial communication for control and integration.
Working Principle
A load cell bridge signal is measured at a configurable input range (5mV to 100mV) and sampled up to 60 times per second, then scaled independently to the desired engineering units and displayed on a 6-digit LED readout, with optional relay and analog outputs providing control signals for connected systems.
