Overview
The Galvanic Monitek Ultrasonic is a process liquid analyzer that uses acoustic backscatter to measure oil in water and total suspended solids (TSS) in samples too opaque or oily for traditional optical-based instruments, delivering reliable real-time results for process optimization and regulatory compliance.
Working Principle
An emitted ultrasonic pulse is reflected by particles in the sample as a back-scattered echo, which is transformed into an electronic signal and processed to a precise oil-in-water or TSS measurement — a two-component system pairing a modular, fit-for-purpose probe with a messenger controller, engineered to order for each application.
