Overview
The Geotech BIOMETHANE 3000 is a fixed analyser designed for high-accuracy methane and oxygen readings in biomethane applications, giving confidence at first-stage production that readings are above the 95 % methane level and below the 1 % oxygen level. It continuously monitors one sample point and is CSA, ATEX and IECEx certified for Zone 2 (excluding the auto-calibration section).
Working Principle
The sample from one sample point is analysed continuously for CH4 and O2. A fully automated calibration function maintains CH4 accuracy in extreme temperatures, with dedicated alarms for auto-calibration status and liquid level; results are output on 6 × 4–20 mA channels and Modbus RTU.
