Overview
The QED BIOGAS 3000 is a next-generation fixed analyzer for continuous monitoring of the gas production process, using up to four sample points to assess CH4, CO2, O2, H2S and H2 levels. Built for the anaerobic digestion and biomethane-upgrading market, it helps sites maximize gas production yield and protect expensive capital equipment from contaminant gases in the production process.
Working Principle
Sample gas is drawn from up to four sample points and analyzed for standard components (CH4, CO2, O2) with up to two optional measurements (H2S, H2, CO). A modular design enables hot-swap serviceability, and built-in liquid-level monitoring with a dedicated alarm flags when the catchpot needs emptying.
