Overview
The Miljoco P4520L is a 4½" dial process pressure gauge with stainless steel wetted parts, built in a solid-front, turret-style case molded in high-impact polypropylene for corrosive and difficult environments. The solid-front construction adds safety protection and the lens is sealed for weatherproof operation. Available dry or liquid filled (as PLF4520L for glycerine fill or PSF4520L for silicone fill).
Working Principle
Process pressure acts on a stainless steel Bourdon tube movement of rotary type, driving a micro-adjustable aluminum pointer across an aluminum dial to indicate pressure — liquid-filled variants dampen pointer vibration and pulsation for more stable, readable indication.
