CategoryProcess Instrumentation

Key Features

  • 2½" dial size
  • ±1.5% FS accuracy (exceeds ASME B40.100 Grade B)
  • Single beryllium-copper diaphragm element
  • Pressure and vacuum ranges up to 10 psi
  • Dry construction

Overview

The Miljoco LP2567 is a 2½" dial low-pressure gauge, dry construction, designed to give fine-resolution readings at low pressure ranges where standard gauges lack sufficient precision.

Working Principle

Pressure acts on a single beryllium-copper diaphragm affixed to a precision-machined brass plate; a precision milled-teeth brass movement with nickel-silver pinion drives the pointer, for low-pressure uses such as draft, air flow and filtration and leak detection.

Benefits

  • Expanded low-pressure scale improves readability where standard gauges are too coarse
  • Dry construction suited to non-pulsating, low-pressure applications
