Overview

LDRack integrates LDetek gas chromatographs (MultiDetek3), LDGSS stream selectors, LDP1000 gas purifiers and third-party analyzers into 19" rackmount or NEMA cabinets with a turnkey sampling system. A unique slide-out design gives easy access for maintenance without removing the unit from its gas sources. Indoor and outdoor versions are available, including stainless steel cabinets with A/C and heating.

Working Principle

Analyzers are mounted on slide-out rails inside the cabinet with an integrated sampling system: the LDGSS stream selector routes the sample gases, and the LDP1000 purifier maintains carrier and reference gas integrity. Certified gas piping and electrical cabling are part of the standard system; heating/cooling and isolation keep a stable analytical environment for outdoor installations.
