Overview
The EL-WiFi-21CFR-DTC is a WiFi-enabled dual channel data logger that remotely monitors an environment using two inter-changeable J, K or T type thermocouples. Supplied with two K Type probes, its out-of-the-box measurement range is 0 to 200°C (32 to 392°F). Data is uploaded periodically over a standard WiFi network — no need to physically collect and connect the unit to a PC — and streamed wirelessly to the EasyLog 21CFR Cloud, a subscription service built to meet FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements for electronic records. The device stores data internally if it loses WiFi connection and automatically uploads it once reconnected. It complies with BS EN 12830:2018 for temperature recorders used in the transport, storage and distribution of temperature-sensitive goods.
Working Principle
Two interchangeable thermocouple probe channels (J, K or T type) feed continuous temperature readings to the logger, which stores them onboard and periodically uploads over WiFi to the EasyLog 21CFR Cloud; if WiFi connectivity is lost, logging continues locally and the backlog automatically syncs once the connection is restored.
