Overview
The Galvanic AccuChrome GC5 reworks gas chromatography around silicon-miniaturized, modular GC technology, turning a traditionally complex analytical instrument into a compact, field-ready sensor. It supports high-accuracy custody transfer, natural gas quality monitoring, sulfur analysis, and biomethane measurement on a single platform using a single carrier gas, with a footprint and operating complexity far below conventional process GCs.
Working Principle
Sample gas passes through up to four independent analytical chains (injector, column, detector) housed in modular analytical cores. A patented nano-gravimetric detector extends measurement capability beyond conventional process GCs, while one-click operation and self-verification reduce calibration and maintenance to roughly once a year.
