Overview

In-situ high-temperature flue-gas humidity meter (DB45X series, no display) for CEMS, using capacitive measurement with 0–40 %VOL or 0–100 %RH modes, a 316L probe rod and optional electric heating to prevent sulfide solidification.

Working Principle

A capacitive humidity sensor with high-precision automatic temperature compensation and two-stage dust filtration measures flue-gas moisture in the 316L probe; optional electric heating (50–150 °C) prevents sulfide solidification.

Benefits

  • Integrated design, easy installation
  • Auto temperature compensation removes ambient effects
  • Low maintenance and long service life
