Overview
The DABECO DB441 transmitter features a two-channel LED display for precise measurement of humidity and temperature across ranges of 0-100% RH and -40 to 200°C. It measures relative humidity, absolute humidity, temperature, volume ratio, mixing ratio, and dew point. Built with an aluminum enclosure and a 316L stainless steel probe, the DB441 is pressure and corrosion resistant, suited to tough industrial environments such as textile printing and dyeing, shaping and drying, papermaking, drying boxes, environmental chambers, and hydrogen fuel cells. The DB441 series is available in different installation modes: direct duct mounting or wall mounting with an extra probe.
Working Principle
A high-temperature-rated humidity and temperature sensing element housed in a 316L stainless steel probe measures relative humidity and temperature directly in the process airstream (duct mounted) or via a remote probe (wall mounted), deriving related parameters such as absolute humidity, volume ratio, mixing ratio, and dew point. Readings are shown on a two-channel LED display and transmitted via 4-20mA analog and RS485 digital outputs.
