Overview
The ACI Q6/B6 Series pairs a main Carbon Monoxide sensor with a remote second sensor channel — NO2, methane, hydrogen, or other toxic/combustible gases — in one BACnet MSTP (B6) or Modbus RTU (Q6) smart sensor. It shares the same rugged NEMA 4X enclosure and 3-relay platform as ACI's single-gas Q5/B5 Series, with an LCD graphic display showing TWA, STEL, and live concentration.
Working Principle
The main channel continuously measures CO while the remote channel monitors a second selected gas (e.g. NO2), with both readings shown on an LCD graphic display (TWA, STEL, concentration). Three programmable SPDT relays and an 80 dB buzzer drive local alarms, and results are available over RS-485 — Modbus RTU/OptoMux for Q6, or BACnet MS/TP (Master/Slave) for B6.
