Overview
The ACI Q5/B5 Series is a smart gas sensor with BACnet MSTP communication, built into a rugged NEMA 4X / IP66 polycarbonate enclosure for indoor industrial and commercial installations. It supports catalytic (combustible), electrochemical (toxic), oxygen/hydrogen, and infrared sensor types, with 3 SPDT relays and configurable 4-20 mA or 1-10 VDC analog outputs.
Working Principle
A field-selected gas sensor element (catalytic, electrochemical, oxygen/hydrogen, or infrared) continuously monitors ambient gas concentration. Three capacitive touch keys and dual-color LED indicators provide local status, while three programmable SPDT relays and an 80 dB buzzer drive alarm outputs; readings and configuration are accessible over BACnet MSTP.
